General House Rules

Any concerns or issues with property are expected to be raised during  (not after) your stay. Simply message the host via the app for  assistance 🙂  

NO pets permitted.  

NO E-scooters and/or E-Bikes permitted on property.  

NO smoking and/or vaping anywhere on property.   

NO burning of candles.   

NO parties. Please respect our neighbours.  

NO diving into pool. The pool is shallow and attempting to dive in could  cause serious injury.  

NO glassware in the pool or pool area.  

NO moving of furniture.  

NO tampering with security features including locks and cameras.  

Please ensure Doors & Windows are closed when using Air Conditioners  

Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned after use and place any waste in  outside red bin. Important that gas is turned OFF at bottle after use. 

For Safety, please ensure Lint filter is cleaned out every time upstairs  Clothes Dryer is used.   

No guest access to Garage however Driveway can be used if required.   

Max 12 Guests. Only guests registered on the booking are allowed on the  property. 

Pack Away and Lock Up

Please ensure that prior to check out, any used cooking items including crockery/cutlery/pots have been cleaned and put away. 

Please ensure the BBQ has been cleaned if used or this will incur a cleaning fee.  

Please close curtains/blinds on any entrance ways upon departure.  

Please ensure Balcony Doors and front gate are closed upon departure 

Rubbish Bins

Please ensure all rubbish is placed outside in appropriate Red/Yellow/Green coloured bins 

Bins go out to street kerbside every Thursday night for Friday morning collection

Exterior security cameras on property

Please be advised that there are external cameras installed around the property for lighting, security and insurance purposes.

Potential for some traffic noise

Property is Located on Macintosh Street which is a main traffic thoroughfare for the town of Forster.

Traffic volume may increase in peak periods. 

Must be able to climb stairs

13  steps to Access Unit 41 (Upstairs Area) at the front and rear of  property. 

Take care at all times and make use of hand rails when coming up or down  stairs.

Garage use & Parking

There is NO guest access to Garage. Please do not try to force open roller door. 

Driveway can be used if required. 

There is plenty of free and unrestricted parking available on the street.
